Every Maison Mishmashi piece is designed and made in our Dubai atelier, with care in every detail.

NO RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges. This applies to all our pieces: Queen Chairs, Lounge Chairs, Qahwa Ottomans, cushions, teddy bears, ceramics, art prints and home fragrance.

IF YOUR PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days of delivery, with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will look into it promptly and repair or replace the piece, depending on the situation.

Variations in color, texture and pattern placement are part of the character of handmade pieces and of the fabrics we work with. They are not defects.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Our descriptions, images and measurements are there to help you choose with confidence. If you would like more detail on any piece, write to us at bonjour@mishmashi.com and we will be happy to help.

CUSTOM PIECES

Custom pieces are made to order, and each one is discussed with you individually. Once production has begun, a custom order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
